No news is good news?? Updated my gallery and opened an INPRNT shop. Otherwise, still farting around on Twitter but given the state of the website, who knows how long that'll last. AND I'M BACK!!! Hiatus went a little longer than I had wanted!! Sorry about that!! I don't think I need to really explain Covid-19 but yep that Covid-19!!! I have also been working (my day job) a lot due to Covid-19, so I apologize for missing last week's update. I had worked over the weekend and had been working non-stop since last Friday and totally spaced on what day of the week it was!! As for conventions, C2E2 was a blast!! Thank you all for coming out to see me! I totally sold out of everything I brought with me and it means so much to me! I am so happy people are excited about 666 Bistro!! Yet it looks like C2E2 will be the last convention ever since all conventions have been canceled FOREVER!?!? AHH! OK OK not really!! ECCC has been rescheduled to August which I will be at!! Otherwise not to much to report at the moment!! Living that quarantine life! Stay safe everyone!!

Hello!! There will be a small hiatus starting February the 23rd until March 22nd. I will be at C2E2 and later Emerald City Comicon. The comic will resume once I'm back home and in my house and able to update the comic!! Otherwise if you happen to be at either event come by and say hi!! Hello! It's 2019 and time sure does fly! The final chapter of 666 Bistro will debut at Emerald City Comicon next week!! It's the most comics I've drawn and it's 47 pages of big dumb giant robot hell! I'm so excited to share with everyone and I hope you're all excited too! I did a small print run but once I have more in stock they will be placed in the hands of Emerald Comics Distro and will be available at PNW stores they service and as well as their new webshop! I'll also be at DINK and TCAF this year.
The webcomic release will resume tentatively at the end of April but there's a chance it may push out to May. There's a few fun things I want to do with this next chapter and I'm also giving myself a much needed break before I go back to comic crunching! Thank you everyone for all your support along the way! I'm very grateful and thankful for everyone that has helped me along the way. It really does mean a lot!!

Happy October!! I love fall and excited for all the yummy fall foods (and beer) that comes with it!! There's been a small update to my image gallery and my con schedule for 2019 is starting to be built out. I am confirmed for Emerald City Comicon and Rose City Comicon next year and hopefully a few more events. I will also have the final chapter of 666 Bistro debuting at Emerald City! Yet don't worry! It'll be online as well! I plan to start updating the webcomic again the weekend it debuts!! So there won't be such a super long wait for my online readers!! My convention schedule has been updated below for 2018. More local events will be added but otherwise I'm doing less conventions this year to focus on just producing more comics. - 08.20.2017I'm back! I'm moved! My PC is alive!!! Sorry for the hiatus!! It went longer than expected due to unexpected hardware failure with my desktop! That's all fixed now and I'm back online updating again!! Hopefully I don't run into anymore desktop issues! *laughs nervously* Small update to my convention schedule below! - 05.28.2017Well that was unexpected! I had to roll back my website to prior version from last winter! Windows 10 blue screened on me as my files were being uploaded to my FTP client and the HTML documents where corrupted! Unfortunately I was bad and did not back up the new updates from last week AGH! So if you see anything weird it's probably something I'm still working on!

Just a quick news update! I've finished the next chapter for Witches Get Stitches! The printed collection will debut at SPX this fall!! Which is less than two weeks away! AHH! I was also accepted into Short Run this October so if you're in Seattle be sure to check it out!!! So the new comic will be available at both SPX and Short Run but will later of course be online, so if you can't make it out it'll be online soon enough!
Otherwise this winter I plan on working with two writers to create two new mini comics to be ready for 2016 con season. So excited to work with some fun and cool people! So keep an eye out this winter because I'll have some cool new stuff to share!! :D

So what's going to happen next????? Well sadly I'm going on a small break until I draw some more Witches, there is a second story and it will come! SPOILERS! It's about food because I really like food! :D I just want to get to a point that I can be sure I can consistently update and not leave people hanging. I'm not going to go away though! I'll be doing short fun little comics and short stories until I'm ready to start the next Witches. Some will feature Archvold and others just random characters. Aside from that, I'll always be posting previews over on Twitter so feel free to follow me if you want see some work in progress pictures.
Anyway, thanks again! Witches was a lot of fun, I learned plenty of new things working on this story and hope the next instalment will be even better!

I started on the next story for Witches! I've already drafted up most of the story and excited to get drawing!
So talking with friends that also attended ECCC a lot of them are bringing up con slump. I was definitely physically tired and mentally drained having to come out of my hermit hole and talk to people for three days straight. Yet creative wise?? ECCC got me pumped up to draw more!!! I never felt so inspired before! Just seeing all that amazing talent all weekend and meeting amazing creative people just makes me want to make comics! I was honestly in a slump before the convention, there was some stuff I wanted to put together for the show but I just couldn't bother to pick up the pencil. Now all I want to do is draw my brains out!
I felt I was pretty unproductive at work last week after the show, all I wanted to do is draw comics and all that was on my mind was comics. I ended up signing off on a report last week using my comic name instead of my real name. The good news is that, if the report is messed up, Laura Graves is getting a talking to and the real Laura is going to have a great day.

Emerald City Comicon was amazing!! What an awesome show! The new Witches Get Stitches book made its first appearance and it was definitely well received!
So many wonderful people came to visit me!! I saw all my friends and I made so many new friends and connected with a ton of awesome people!!
I really have some of the coolest, talented and loving friends imaginable, really appreciate all the support from them all!!
There was so much talent at that con, I couldn't believe how many amazing folks there was. I tried to see as much as I could while away from my table!!
So much original art and so much original work going on too! I love it all!!
I'll try to write a better recap of the show later this week! Going to get update the webcomic and get some sleep!

What I have been doing is just waiting until it's all finished and then put it online all at once. I won't be following a specific update schedule but basically I'm starting a web comic! Yay! Just finished up my cons for the year with Jet City Comic Show. What a great show! Saw so many of my friends and made a ton of new friends! Sold out of my Magical Metal Monster Girls but don't worry it's now online! So check it out! Last weekend was Rose City Comicon and I had such a blast! I also had my third comic Magical Metal Monster Girls available for the first time! Portland is a cool city and I'll need to visit sometime when there's not a convention just to enjoy the city! I met tons of cool people, saw some old friends and made some new friends! Half way through 2014 and what a year it has been! Big news! My comic was recently featured in the local Seattle paper The Stranger! Ahh! This is the first time I've ever had something officially printed! Super excited and happy that they wanted to use one of my comics. Wow!! Woo! Wee! Ahh! Very cool things are happening! New updates to the website! Which means Chopping Block is now online! Check it out! I decided to consolidated everything onto one page because I felt that I didn't have enough content to really have separate pages for everything. Also new webshop!! I'll be adding prints and more goodies in the next few months! Oh and now there's a convention schedule!! Sheesh! After writing it all out, I realize that I am busy this year and need to get to work and make more comics!
